‘As a resident of Worthing and an artist that has collaborated with Maud and Artyface for years, I am very honoured to have my photographic transfer tiles on a Worthing Station Roundel. Alway excited to collaborate with community groups and I was also honoured to inspire the next generation of artists through taking a transfer workshop  at St Andrews. This is a very worthy project for Worthing and one that puts Worthing Train Station on the artistic map as the mosaic roundels are much loved and appreciated by so many locally, nationally and worldwide! I am proud to be a part of it! ‘

Alice Mara, Artist and Worthing Resident

‘The roundels are beautiful and it is a great legacy to have involved so many people of all ages and abilities especially as this project took place over several Covid Lockdowns. Pupils from Willowfield Secondary and Winns Primary Schools made tiles, along with station staff, their families and lots of local residents. The mosaics look great and really finish off the station – fantastic work: so much time, care and attention to detail.’
